When I called to request an estimate an estimate of loss of shingles and possibly a new roof, Zakk came within a few days , He sent me a work contract and explained the types of shingles and costs.  I signed and discussed with Farmers's Insurance,  He marked the roof before the adjuster came and was there to answer and questions for me.   He communicated via cell phone and email. He set up a day for his workers to bring the shingles and I could move my cars.  His workers worked around the weather and the roof was completed on schedule before the next RAIN. Zakk at Arrow Roofing was a pleasure to work with.  The roof was done in a timely manner and the installation crew worked really hard to get the job done (all in one day). Really enjoyed our experience with Arrow Roofing.  Zakk was spot on at every turn.  He is an excellent communicator. Zach, set up for Sal to install a Duravent roof vent on a 9/12 roof for me. To save me from crawling up or sliding down! Sal had a Roof Pitch Hopper. WOW, that is and amazing tool! Sal, also saved me from the 8 to 20 foot drop, which usually is exhilarating until you come to a stop! Instalation was supercalifragilisticexpialidocious!
